Please read and comply with these regulations, which are intended to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.
1. The facility regulations specify the rules for the provision of services by the Facility, liability and staying on the premises of the Facility in all its spaces, including the accommodation facility, and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by: signing the online registration card by the Guest, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance, deposit, part or all of the amount due for the stay or using the services of the Facility. By performing the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the regulations on his own behalf and on behalf of the accompanying persons with whom he is staying in the Facility or for whom he has made a reservation.
2. The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of the facility. The Guest is obliged to comply with the Regulations and the Safety Policy. Starting the stay is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations by the Guest.

4. Aparthouse is a year-round facility and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
5. The Reception is the Guest's guardian, advisor and provider of all information related to the stay.
6. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of the services provided, the Guest is asked to report them to the Reception as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone, which will enable the Facility to react immediately and ensure the highest quality of the services provided.
7. The facility is obliged to provide:
a) Appropriate conditions for the Guest's full and unrestricted rest
b) Comfortable stay, including the security of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the Guest, unless authorized state authorities request the disclosure of data of persons staying at the facility
c) Professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided at the facility
d) Carrying out necessary repairs of devices during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if they express consent or wish
e) Technically efficient service, in the event of faults that cannot be quickly removed, the facility will make every effort to change the occupied room if possible or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience
8. At the Guest's request, the facility provides the following free services not strictly related to accommodation services:
a) Providing information related to the trip
b) Luggage storage for a fee (the facility may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the dates of the Guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage)
c) Storage of items valuables in the deposit
9. The room or apartment is rented for hotel days.
10. The hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. the following day, unless individual agreements or written arrangements with the Reception provide otherwise.
11. The length of the hotel day specified in point 11 may be subject to change depending on the offer selected by the Guest during the booking and included in the booking confirmation. The current availability of offers and rooms at Aparthouse Woźna 11 can be found on the website www.wozna11.pl.
12. Extension of the hotel day or occupation of the hotel room without agreement for up to 2 hours, the Guest will be obliged to cover PLN 60, while over 2 hours is treated as renting the room for a full hotel day and will be charged in accordance with the applicable price list for renting rooms for a full day, unless the Facility agrees with the Guest on individual conditions for extending the day.
13. The request to extend the hotel day, i.e. earlier check-in before 14:00, or later check-out after 11:00, must be reported at the stage of making the reservation. If such a request was not made at the stage of booking, it must be reported immediately by e-mail to info@wozna11.pl. However, the facility does not guarantee the possibility of extending the hotel day.
14. The facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay if the full payment for the current period of stay has not been made in advance and in the event of non-compliance with the regulations. The facility also reserves the right to refuse to extend the hotel day in the event of lack of availability of rooms.
15. All Guests are subject to mandatory registration. The basis for registration is signing the online registration card and, at the request of the reception staff, presenting an ID with a photo at the facility. If the Guest refuses to present a document with a photo confirming their identity, the facility may refuse to check in.
16. Unregistered persons may stay with the consent and responsibility of the Guest in the room or apartment occupied by him only from 9:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is an obligation to register additional persons. The obligation to register an additional person rests with the Guest, who
ry rented the room - otherwise, he/she is liable for failure to comply with the registration obligation. Checking in an additional person or not reporting them despite their presence will result in the Guest having to bear additional costs for that person, in accordance with the applicable price list of accommodation services.
17. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the facility or the property of Guests, damage to the person of Guests, employee or employees of the facility or other persons staying in the facility.
18. The facility may refuse to accept any other Guest who, in the opinion of the staff, threatens the safety, health, life, image of other Guests, employees and the facility (brand). The Guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the day for which he/she paid the rental fee has not expired.
19. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who has not paid the fees due during their previous stay, has grossly violated the regulations by causing damage to property or other guests or personal injury to other guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying at the accommodation facility or has disrupted the stay of other guests or the functioning of the facility. The Guest will be informed by the staff of the facility about the future exercise of the right of the facility to refuse to provide accommodation services to the Guest. 20. In the event of a repeated stay at the facility of a Guest who has previously violated these regulations, the facility may refuse to accept the Guest and continue to provide services to this Guest and the person who made the reservation. Such persons are obliged to comply with the request of the facility and immediately leave the premises of the building. In the event of the ineffectiveness of the request of the facility, the facility is entitled to notify the competent authorities in order to immediately remove the Guest. 21. The facility reserves the right to refuse to shorten the stay indicated in the Guest's reservation if the Guest's reservation concerns an offer without the possibility of free cancellation, or if the request to shorten the stay was made when changes to the reservation were not possible due to the cancellation conditions included in the Guest's reservation confirmation.
22. In the event of the Guest's cancellation of the stay during the hotel day, the facility will not refund the fee for the given reservation. Hanging the hanger on the door handle from the corridor side (check-out) is equivalent to cancellation of the stay and is treated as a cancellation of the reservation. In such a case, the reservation is canceled, and any later appearance of the Guest will be associated with the need for a new reservation.
23. The facility reserves the right to collect a cash deposit in the amount of the fee for the entire stay increased by 30% of its value. The deposit may be collected by the facility in cash, using pre-authorization from the payment card indicated by the person making the reservation, or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the facility. In the event of refusal to make the above payment, the Facility has the right to refuse to make the reservation or cancel the reservation without refunding the amount paid for the stay.
25. The cash deposit collected will be issued and the pre-authorization on the Guest's card will be released during the Guest's check-out after prior checking of the room condition by the Facility's employee.
26. In the case of a group reservation (from 3 rooms), the Facility has the right to request a deposit of PLN 500/EUR 100 - as security. The deposit is returned to the guest after the end of the stay. The deposit should be paid no later than the day of check-in to the Facility's bank account or to the Revolut or Blik telephone number.
27. In the event of damage, destruction or shortages in the room to which the deposit applies - it is reduced by the value of the losses. In the event of losses higher than the deposit paid, the Facility will charge the Guest the equivalent of the use of the room for the entire period excluded from use.
28. The facility may refuse accommodation or, with the help of security, evict a Guest during their stay whose behavior could violate or has violated the facility's regulations or otherwise violates the rules of social coexistence. In such a case, the payment for the stay is not subject to refund.
29. Failure of the Guest to appear at the facility by 8:00 a.m. on the day following the planned calendar day of arrival is tantamount to resignation from the stay and is treated as a no-show. In such a case, the reservation is automatically canceled, and any later appearance of the Guest will require a new reservation. 30. The facility is liable for the loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the extent specified in the provisions of art. 846-852 of the Civil Code, unless the facility has decided otherwise in the regulations generally available to guests (by establishing these regulations or other special regulations).
31. The Guest should notify the Reception about any incidents
actual damage immediately after it is discovered. The facility reserves the right to charge the Guest's payment card for damage caused, after their departure or from the deposit paid.
32. Valuable items should be left by the Guest for safekeeping in the reception deposit, under penalty of the Facility not being liable for their damage, destruction or loss.
33. The facility has the right to refuse to accept for safekeeping in the reception deposit money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to safety or are of too high value in relation to the size or standard of the facility or take up too much space.
34. The facility is not liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest left on the premises of the facility or items located therein, regardless of where it was left (in the parking lot in the courtyard), and regardless of whether the facility charges a fee for this. All parking lots on the premises of the Facility, including the parking lot in the courtyard, are unguarded and unattended, although they may be monitored by a camera. Leaving a car or other vehicle on the premises of the Facility is treated as renting a parking space/parking space.
35. Early departure of the Guest for reasons beyond the control of the Facility (illness of the Guest or persons accompanying them staying in the Facility, illness of a family member staying in a place other than the Facility, other unforeseen events concerning the Guest forcing them to leave the Facility early) does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused services.
36. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for all goods and services used during the stay. If the Guest does not report the use of a good or service upon departure, the Facility reserves the right to charge the deposit or payment card provided by the Guest as a guarantee of the reservation/payment for the stay.
37. Guest payments for services (including, among others, vouchers, deposits, so-called room credit, etc.) made in foreign currency will be made in PLN using the average NBP exchange rate from the previous day minus 10%.
38. Guest are not allowed to make any changes to the room and its equipment, apart from minor rearrangements of furniture and equipment that do not affect their functionality and safety of use. It is forbidden to take furniture and equipment outside the room.
39. Guests can use the unguarded monitored car park (in the courtyard) for an additional fee. The parking space reservation service is non-refundable. Parking only for passenger cars up to 185 cm high and weighing up to 3.5 t or motorcycles. The vehicle registration number must be provided in the comments to the reservation. Reservation of a parking space requires prior contact with the reception and confirmation of availability of spaces.
40. It is forbidden to store dangerous items in the rooms, in particular weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, illuminating materials, etc.
41. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use open fire in the rooms, e.g. candles and electrical or heating devices that are not part of the room equipment, e.g. heaters, irons, electric kettles, air humidifiers, portable heaters. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV devices, mobile phones, portable computers (laptops, tablets).
42. It is forbidden to conduct canvassing and mobile sales on the premises of the Facility.
43. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises of the Facility, cause unpleasant odors, or perform other activities that disturb, harm or irritate other guests.
44. The Facility is subject to night silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day. Failure to comply with the night silence may result in a fine for each room complained of according to the price list of the Facility.
45. The behavior of the Guest and persons using the services of the Facility should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests and the functioning of the Facility. The Facility may refuse to continue providing accommodation services to a person who violates this rule, in particular if they are rowdy, show verbal or physical aggression, are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or otherwise violate these regulations, and the Facility may cause such person to be removed from the premises of the Facility, without the right to reimbursement of costs resulting from shortening the stay at the Facility. A Guest who violates this rule should be warned of the possible consequences of further behavior in violation of the regulations. The same applies to the behavior of the Guest that violates the generally accepted principles of social coexistence.
46. The public areas of the Facility are monitored using cameras to ensure the safety of people and property in the area covered by the monitoring.
47. In the event of the need to intervene by a representative of the Facility,
In the event of a Guest disrupting the functioning of the Facility, the intervention may be recorded in the form of an audio and video recording in order to protect the personal and material rights of both the Facility and the intervening representative of the Facility. Recording the intervention will, if necessary, serve as evidence to demonstrate the actual state of affairs.
48. In accordance with the Act of 8 April 2010 amending the Act on the protection of health against the effects of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act of the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529), there is a total ban on smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and tobacco products throughout the entire facility, including rooms.
Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes, tobacco products or stimulants in a room or apartment is equivalent to the Guest renting the room agreeing to cover the costs of ozonation of the room in the amount of PLN 1,000.
Check-in constitutes a declaration by the Guest that they have become familiar with the ban and agree to cover the costs of refreshing the room in the amount of PLN 1,000 and all costs of removing violations, including covering the costs of intervention by the Fire Department and compensation or other forms of monetary compensation to all entities and persons who are entitled to claims for a violation of the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the room or on the premises.
49. There is a total ban on smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes in the Facility, including in rooms, corridors, staircase, lobby, parking lot, catering outlets, with the exception of places designated for this purpose: entrance at the gate. If the Facility staff determines that the Guest has broken the ban on smoking tobacco products in the room, the Facility may charge a fine for each violation of the above ban according to the Facility's price list, regardless of charging the Guest for the costs of restoring the room to its previous condition (refreshing) - airing, dry cleaning of bedding, curtains and drapes, upholstery of armchairs, beds, etc. In the event of a fire alarm being triggered as a result of smoke, the Guest will be charged a fine according to the Facility's price list.
50. Each time the Guest leaves the room, they should turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the water taps, close the windows and the entrance door. Rooms are opened and closed using codes, programmed and issued automatically during the check-in procedure. In the event of loss or transfer of the code to an unauthorized person, the Guest is asked to immediately report this fact to the Reception, which can generate a new code and block the old one.
51. The Guest is financially and legally liable for any damage, destruction, contamination and lack of equipment in the room and in any other place on the premises of the Facility, resulting from his fault or the fault of persons accompanying him or visiting him or from the fault of children under his care. The Guest shall make good any damage caused to the Facility by paying a fine (contractual penalty), subject to the Facility Price List - the price list of fines is an annex to the regulations.
52. The Guest is fully financially liable for actual and so-called lost profits concerning any damage or destruction of equipment or technical devices located in the Room and the facility and around the facility, resulting from his intentional or unintentional fault, as well as from the intentional or unintentional fault of persons visiting him or persons visiting the latter or from the fault of animals. The Facility reserves the right to charge the Guest's payment card or to collect from the Guest a cash deposit collected by the Facility during the Guest's accommodation, for damage caused during his check-out or after his departure.
53. The Guest is obliged to immediately inform the receptionist of the Facility by e-mail to info@wozna11.pl after entering the room about any failures, defects, damage to equipment, damage caused no later than 1 hour after check-in. After this time, in the event of failure to inform the receptionist, the Guest is responsible for the equipment found in the room.
54. The Guest also undertakes that the IT resources made available to him by the Facility (in particular the Wi-Fi network) will not be used in any way to reproduce, present, make available or transfer for public use works or items protected by copyright or related rights, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the consent of the rights holders. The Client is also obliged to comply with the security policy of the Facility's internet service provider, including the principles of using security measures implemented to prevent unlawful use of IT resources, and to refrain from any actions that violate the effectiveness of these measures.
55. The Facility has the statutory right to substitute
awu on items brought by the Guest to the facility in the event of a delay in settling payment for the stay or failure to settle the amount due for the services provided.
56. The reception and security of the Facility, as part of the procedures for securing the facility against unauthorized or unwanted persons staying on its premises, may prohibit entry to the Facility or remove from the facility a person who does not have a reservation. Due to fire safety, sleeping on evacuation routes, corridors and staircases is prohibited.
57. If the fine charged to the Guest does not cover the damage incurred by the Facility for which the Guest is responsible, or if in a given situation/event causing damage there is no fine, the Facility has the right to charge the Guest compensation up to the amount of the damage caused.
58. The Facility does not allow animals to stay in the Guest's room. The exception is the written consent of the Facility (confirmation of the reservation for the animal's stay) before check-in to bring animals. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine according to the price list.
59. The owner or guardian of the animal with whom they stay on the premises of the Facility is obliged to keep the animal on a leash and remove any waste left by the animal.
The Guest may only keep pets in the room or apartment, after obtaining the prior written consent of the Facility. The animal should be kept in a way that does not disturb the stay of other Guests or the work of the Facility's employees, including cleaning services, in particular by using muzzles, leashes, cages or other appropriate devices. The Guest is obliged to keep the animal in such a way that it does not damage any equipment in the room and is responsible for any possible damage. It is forbidden to leave animals unattended in public areas.
a) The condition for bringing an animal is the availability of a room in which it can stay. For keeping animals in the Facility, the Guest will pay an appropriate fee of PLN 60 for each day of the stay when booking directly through the facility's website. The Guest should notify the Facility about having an animal at the time of booking or before arriving and entering the Facility.
b) For violation of the above point and failure to report and bring the animal to the rented room by the Guest, the Facility reserves the right to charge a fee of PLN 300
c) The Guest is obliged to report before arrival at the Facility that he is traveling with a dog considered an aggressive breed. The Facility has the right to refuse to accept animals commonly considered dangerous or aggressive, including: reptiles, arachnids and dogs of the following breeds: American pit bull terrier, Majorca dog, American bulldog, Argentinian dog, Canary dog, Tosa inu, Rottweiler, Akbash dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow guard dog, Caucasian shepherd (Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 28, 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive).
d) For owners of dogs weighing over 4 kg, it is absolutely necessary for the animal to wear a muzzle in public areas and to be on a leash.
e) The owner of the animal is obliged to have a current vaccination booklet for the animal and show it upon request of the staff.
f) Owners of dogs (animals) are obliged to clean up the dirt left by dogs on the premises and in the surroundings of the Facility. In the event that the Facility's employees have reasonable suspicions that there is an animal in the room that was not reported during check-in, an animal left in the room disturbs the stay of other Guests, destroys the property of the Facility, or may cause a situation of danger to itself or other guests, the Facility's staff will try to contact the owner in order to solve the problem. If contact is impossible, the Facility reserves the right to enter the Guest's room, also with the possible help of the appropriate services, and remove the animal from the Facility. All costs resulting from the above activities are covered by the owner of the animal.
g) The Facility allows animals to stay in selected rooms or apartments only after the written consent of the Facility before check-in, for arrival with animals. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine according to the price list.
60. If, due to the presence of an animal in the facility, additional cleaning of the room or other rooms is necessary, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of such cleaning.
61. Personal belongings left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at his/her expense. The cost of a single return of a parcel within the country is PLN 70 to a parcel locker.
62. In accordance with the Civil Code, in the event of failure to receive a written e-mail instruction from the Guest to the address info@wozna11.pl to return the items left behind, the facility will store these items at the owner's expense for a period of 1 day from the end of the stay.

63. The facility does not store food, medicines or other items that may be destroyed or expire.
64. It is prohibited to bring bicycles into the building and leave them on evacuation routes.
65. It is prohibited to enter areas that are inaccessible, not intended for the Guest, in particular the back office area, technical or economic zone, construction site, failure removal area, etc.
66. Issues related to the processing and protection of personal data are regulated in detail in the privacy policy of Aparthouse Woźna 11.
67. The content of the privacy policy is available at the reception desk or on the website /pl/privacy. Any comments regarding the privacy policy should be sent to the email address info@wozna11.pl
68. The Regulations constitute the obligation of the Parties as to their content. The Guest agrees to accept the Regulations in their entirety and the price list placed at the reception and below in the annex to the regulations and to charge the fees indicated therein without additional declaration.
69. It is forbidden to record in any form (audio-video, taking pictures), using any devices on the premises of the facility without the written consent of the owner of the Facility. In the event of failure to comply with this provision, consequences will be drawn on the basis of the act "on copyright and related rights" and provisions related to the violation of the good name of the company.
70. If one or more provisions of the General Conditions are deemed invalid or announced as such by virtue of an act, regulation or as a result of a final judgment of a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in force.
71. The Guest acknowledges and accepts the fact that the Facility may transfer these Terms of the Regulations and all rights and obligations related to them to third parties without the prior written consent of the Guest. The Guest accepts the fact that such transfer releases the Facility from future liability. The Guest may not assign the General Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations related to them to third parties without the prior written consent of the Facility.
72. The Facility shall not be liable for the behavior and damage caused by the Guest, in relation to other guests, persons and entities staying on the premises of the Facility.
73. The Facility shall not be liable for the behavior and damage caused by its employee or another person to whom the Facility has entrusted the performance of services on its behalf, when their behavior or the damage caused is not related to the performance of their work or the entrusted services, in particular when it did not occur during the performance of their duties but during their stay on the premises of the Facility before or after the performance of work/services, for accommodation, rest, recreation, private, business purposes, etc.
74. Guests have the right to file complaints in the event of noticing deficiencies in the quality of the services provided. All complaints are accepted by the reception and should be sent in writing via e-mail to the address info@wozna11.pl. The complaint should be filed immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
75. The Guest consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the Facility for the purposes of registration and other needs necessary to carry out the Guest's stay at the Facility, and marketing purposes, and to the placement of the Guest's data in the Facility's database, and also consents to sending him/her commercial information regarding the current offers of the Facility, in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data. The Guest has the right to view his/her personal data, correct it and delete it.
Thank you for complying with the provisions of the above regulations.

Annex to the Regulations
Price list of fines
For each single case:
1. Smoking in prohibited places - PLN 1,000
2. Arrival with an animal without a paid reservation for the animal's stay - PLN 300
3. Disturbing the silence of the night - PLN 400
4. Unjustified activation of the fire alarm - PLN 2,000
5. Parking in prohibited places or without a paid reservation for a place - PLN 400
6. Cleaning up vomit or other physiological impurities - PLN 2,000
7. Additional arrival of service at the Guest's request - PLN 300
Note: If the fine charged to the Guest does not cover the damage incurred by the Property for which the Guest is responsible, or if in a given situation/event causing damage there is no fine, the Property has the right to charge the Guest with compensation up to the amount of the damage caused.
